Here is my question.l was in the bathroom at a local college.l went to wash

my hands and used my wrist to pump out the soap.After l noticed a cut on my

bleeding still?/or would the small scab be a barrier??and how long would
HIV blood survive on the soap dispenser??

the menstrual blood before it dried. even if you did have contact with

fresh HIV blood, it is unlikely you would acquire enough of the virus

to overwhelm your immune system. none-the-less, health care
workers should always wear gloves whenever they are working with blood.
